When You Can Cancel an Order
You can request cancellation if:
- The order has not been shipped yet
- The order is still in processing stage
- You contacted us within a short time after placing the order
When Cancellation is Not Possible
- Once the order has been shipped
- After the product is out for delivery
- If the order has already been delivered
In such cases, you may need to follow our Return & Exchange Policy instead.
How to Cancel an Order
To request a cancellation:

- Share your name and contact details
- Contact us as soon as possible
